My granddaughter Penny (her mother made me so proud with that name!) is turning 3 just in time for Halloween, so her favorite Bargain Nana went and baked her a Halloween Birthday Cake! 

I figure the cake will scare her just enough to get her running, which will let me clock her speeds and get her trained and ready for Black Friday.

Remember last month when I picked up a beautiful little baby doll at a garage sale for the grandkids?
